As the saying goes, good things come in twos, well at least it did for the Scarlet Knights as Rutgers put up back to back goals in less than a minute.Â
The streak started at 13:27 into the game, when Indy van Ek was in the right place at the right time as she tapped in a tip off save from the Minutemen goaltender.Â

The Scarlet Knights weren’t done yet as they put in one last tally before the end of the half. Causarano snuck her way through the Minutemen defense to take the ball away and bury it in the back of the net. Confusion among UMass allowed Causarano to essentially walk to the net untouched.Â
